This policy applies to Mockparcel, the digital-asset storefront available at mockparcel.com. It explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, profile image, verification status, and account preferences.
• Commerce information, such as orders, PayPal transaction references and status, Picks balances, redeemed assets, coupons, refunds, and download history.
• Shopping activity, such as saved assets, cart contents, searches, product views, and interactions used to operate and improve the store.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Communications you send to us and your email preferences.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, credit and redeem Picks, deliver files, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional messages, operate optional marketing automations, understand store performance, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you live, these uses rely on performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank credentials. We may share only the information needed to operate the service with providers that support payment processing, email delivery, file storage and delivery, hosting, security, and analytics. Our current service flow may involve PayPal, Brevo, and Backblaze. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.

Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies and browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, cart contents, saved items, security, and continuity between visits. We also use limited first-party activity records to understand page and product performance. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account access, order records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting duties, and legal compliance. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We use access controls and time-limited download links, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update basic profile information and email preferences from your account. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of eligible personal information, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

International use and children

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers. The store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Mockparcel provides downloadable creative assets and related previews for design use. Product pages describe the included formats, compatibility, contents, and license information available for each asset. You are responsible for checking that an asset and its software requirements fit your intended workflow before purchasing or redeeming a Pick.

Previews and compatibility

Preview images demonstrate possible uses and may include artwork, photographs, type, devices, packaging, or third-party marks that are not included in the download unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Software names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, software version, and output method.

Your use of downloaded files

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, using compatible software, following the license supplied with the asset, and ensuring that your final work complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or make the original editable source files available as standalone assets unless a stated license expressly permits it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website and downloads available and accurate, but availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and assets are provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or files.

Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

No physical shipping

All products sold by Mockparcel are digital. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and no physical delivery fee applies.

How delivery works

After PayPal confirms a successful payment, purchased assets appear in your member area and can be downloaded through a secure, time-limited link. The link itself may expire for security, but an eligible completed purchase remains recorded in your account so a new link can be requested. Pick packages are credited to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. Free Picks and paid Picks never expire unless an account is closed, a transaction is reversed, or use is found to be fraudulent or abusive.

If delivery fails

If payment completed but an asset or Pick balance does not appear, contact Mockparcel support with your account email and PayPal transaction reference. Do not send card, bank, or PayPal passwords. We will verify the transaction and restore delivery, provide a replacement, or issue an appropriate refund when the order cannot be fulfilled.

Refund eligibility

• Duplicate charges, failed delivery that we cannot correct, or files that are materially defective or materially different from the product description may qualify for replacement or refund.
• For an accidental purchase, contact us within 14 days. If the file has not been accessed or downloaded, or none of the purchased Picks have been used, we will review the request.
• Because digital content is delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once a file has been accessed or downloaded or once any Pick in a paid package has been redeemed, except where required by law.
• Partially used Pick packages are not eligible for partial cash refunds. Free Picks and promotional credits have no cash value.

Approved refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and the original funding method. These store policies do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, and eligibility for PayPal Purchase Protection or Seller Protection is determined by PayPal under its applicable terms.
